Hi, I'm Brent. I specialize in deep, restorative bodywork engineered specifically for active men, athletes, and anyone managing high physical stress.In addition to being a certified Thai Bodywork practitioner since 2015, I have a professional background as a personal trainer and yoga teacher. My practice is deeply rooted in functional anatomy and movement mechanics.
I make it my mission that every session allows you to fully disconnect while your body resets.

About the Modality

Traditional Thai Bodywork (also known as Thai massage or Thai yoga massage) is a comprehensive, full-body restoration process given entirely on a comfortable floor mat, without the use of oils or lotions. As I will be moving you through a series of different positions, light non-restrictive clothing is recommended (ie. t-shirt + shorts). You relax - I do the work for you. I apply assisted yoga-inspired stretching, acupressure release, and deep tissue compression using my fingers, palms, elbows, knees, and feet.Throughout the session, I work to restore range of motion in muscles, joints, and connective tissues, while relieving deep physical, mental, and energetic tension in the body, mind, and nervous system. A session balances both physical intensity with deep relaxation.

The Session

90-min mobile session for $200 CAD. Appointments available Monday to Saturday from 11am to 8pm.All sessions are conducted in the comfort of your own home or space. A floor space of approximately 9'x7' is required.I supply all materials for the session - floor mat, sheets, pillows, and blankets.
